Description

Katniss's 1st interview dress, interpreted by Calex Designs. The top is made of Jersy and the bottom is water-taffeta with fabric glitter. Made with the assistance of CosmoDeco (CosmoDeco.com). Gold skin is a mixture of lostion and gold/metallic powder on the arms, next, and eyes. Acrylic paint was used for the stenciling on the arms.
